We wish to extend congratulations to Justin Bacon, a computer engineering student at The Ohio State University, who was awarded the Ohio Association of Soil and Water Conservation District Employee’s “Sherry West Memorial Scholarship” on July 29th. The scholarship was announced at the annual Soil and Water Conservation Summer Supervisor’s School meeting held in Cleveland, Ohio. Justin’s father, Bret Bacon, serves as the Delaware SWCD’s Conservation Services Coordinator.
