Project Status:
The Commissioners approved the petition at the First Hearing held June 17, 2021. A Final Hearing will be held to formally vacate a portion of the original easement once construction of the new infrastructure has been completed and accepted.
Project Summary:
This is a joint county project involving land in both Delaware and Licking Counties. The work being proposed includes open channel restoration, subsurface drain improvements, and surface grading improvements.
