Project Status:
The Commissioners approved the project to proceed to the investigation phase at the 1st Hearing held March 2, 2023. A Final Hearing will be scheduled for further consideration once all field investigation work has been completed and any necessary improvements and/or repairs have been evaluated.
Project Summary:
This petition is requesting potions of the storm water system within the Daventry Park subdivision be placed on the Delaware County Drainage Maintenance program. A detailed inspection and survey of the existing system must be performed to determine any necessary work prior to accepting the requested components.
