Project Learning Tree Facilitator Workshop

 

Calling all educators! Interested in incorporating more wildlife education into your curriculum? Join us to become a Project Learning Tree Facilitator on February 25, 2025. Formal and informal educators, including homeschool teachers, school teachers, and naturalists are encouraged to attend. There is a $40 fee to attend, financial assistance may be available upon request.

The workshop will take place at the Byxbe Campus, 1610 State Route 521, Delaware, OH 43015.

Environmental Education

Delaware SWCD offers resources on environmental education to teachers, educators, summer camps, scout troops, or other organizations. Our education program aims to engage teachers and students on how to protect our county’s soil and water resources.  We accomplish this through the following:

  • Loan activities and materials
  • Volunteer opportunities
