The View will be held September 11, 2023 and the 1st Hearing will be held December 4, 2023. Both meetings will be held at the Commissioners Hearing Room, 91 N. Sandusky St., Delaware, 2nd Floor.
Project Summary:
This petition is requesting potions of the storm water system within the Liberty Lakes Sec. 1 & 2 subdivision be placed on the Delaware County Drainage Maintenance program. A detailed inspection and survey of the existing system must be performed to determine any necessary work prior to accepting the requested components.
